Dreamwhip does not offer 24 hours, 7 days on demand home delivery.

We post via Australia Post. Postage time varies from state to state, but in general 2-5 business days within most capital cities.

Dreamwhip Dash Delivery

Get it in a dash with estimated delivery time of 30 to 60 minutes! Only available in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. Instant Delivery cost $30 for up to 25km from our warehouse. For 26km to 50km from our warehouse, Dash Delivery will cost $50. Further distance may be available. Please call us to find out more.

Dreamwhip Dash Delivery Sydney NSW is only available from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM AEST (Excluding public holidays).

Dreamwhip Dash Delivery Melbourne VIC is only available from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM AEST (Excluding public holidays).

Dreamwhip Dash Delivery Perth WA is only available from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM AWST (Excluding public holidays).

Orders placed that does not qualify for Dreamwhip Dash Delivery will be revised to our normal eParcel Postage and the difference will be refunded back to your method of payment.

Collection is also available from our warehouse during business hours. No appointment necessary.

Postage Information

Dreamwhip are offering free postage to anywhere in Australia for order over $100. Postage cost for orders under $100 are from $8 to $12.

Please note that cream chargers/gas cylinders are not allow to travel by air and are send out on road transport only.

Postage Time

Orders placed and paid for before 2:00 PM AEST (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be post out via Australia Post on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be post out on the next business day.

Dreamwhip can post to:

  • Any residential or business address in Australia
  • Australia Post Office boxes
  • Australia Post Parcel Lockers (Available 24/7)
  • Australia Post Parcelpoint Click Collect


Dreamwhip uses Australia Post for our deliver our parcels. Once your order has been posted, Australia Post will send you an email with your tracking number (Please check your "Inbox" as well as your "Junk Mail" as it is an automated e-mail). To use your tracking number, please visit Australia Post.

Dreamwhip are unable to satisfy any request to leave parcel(s) unattended. If no one is available to sign for your parcel(s), a card will be left in your letterbox, and your parcel(s) will be taken to the nearest post office for collection.

Once we have post out your order, the delivery time can vary, depending on the destination. The following table aims to show you how long you could typically expect to wait.

These times are just a guide and in some cases, delivery time may take up to twice as long.*

Tracking

All items sent through the Australia Post delivery network have tracking capabilities, allowing you to view where your item is during the delivery process. You will receive an email from Australia Post with the tracking number once we have despatched your order. To use your tracking number, please visit Australia Post.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the time of despatch, before contacting us for missing parcel(s), as we can only file a missing parcel(s) claim with Australia Post after 10 business days of lodgement. To file a missing parcel claim, please use the Contact Us link in the side menu or reply to the email that we send you upon the despatched of your order. You will need to provide your order number or the full name on the order.
